Ha!Milton is not Hamilton
It was bound to happen eventually….
Milton Jones has revealed that a punter went to see his stand-up show Ha!Milton expecting something else entirely.
The comic says that at a recent gig he was heckled by a woman’s cry of: ‘I thought this was a musical!’
It turned out her husband had bought the ticket for her birthday but not paid enough attention, the he told the Daily Mail’s Richard Eden column.
‘I’m afraid the audience laughed at her.
‘I hope it works both ways,’ he added. ‘I like the idea of someone going to Hamilton and standing up to say, "Where’s Milton?"
