Merch released for Secret Artists podcast

A painting of a pineapple that Alex Horne created on a podcast has now been turned into a T-shirt and mug.

The comedian painted the image on the show Secret Artist, in which guests bring in a chosen muse, and both they and host Annie McGrath create an artwork based on it.

Horne recorded his episode back in 2019, when he revealed he had a tattoo of a pineapple ‘because it was fun’. The fruit is also one of the recurring motifs on Taskmaster.

Other merchandise just launched by the podcast feature  Lolly Adefope’s bottle of Moët champagne and McGrath’s artwork inspired by The Traitors TV show.

The items are available from Everpress until  December  13. The platform is running an ‘anti-black Friday campaign’ until Monday which keeps the prices the same but gives 25 per cent extra profit to the creators.

Secret Artists returns for a sixth series in the new year.
