Jimmy Carr reveals his hair transplant

comedyJimmy Carr has revealed his hair transplant.

The comic appears on primetime BBC One show Peter Crouch: Save Our Summer tonight to show off the results.

The 47-year-old said: ‘"So what happened was my hair was socially distancing from my forehead and I’d had enough of it.

‘I shaved my head and what they do is take hairs from the back of your head and they put them on the front.

‘Basically I had enough hair, it was just in the wrong place. It was a bit of redistribution.’

He said he was considering the process last year, joking that he wanted a 'proper Elvis quiff,' and added: 'Go big or go home. ...it's showbusiness baby, let's enjoy ourselves.'

Peter Crouch: Save Our Summer, which features Alex Horne and The Horne Section as the house band, will air at 9:25pm tonight.
