The BBC reckoned Kerry Mucklowe deserved her own statue – so they made one.

Daisy May Cooper's This Country character was immortalised deep in philosophical thought just like Rodin’s The Thinker and taken around the Cotswolds.

Film crews then captured the locals' reaction to both the state and the show in Cirencester, Broadward Tower, Bourton On The Water and locations around Northleach, where the hit comedy is filmed.

The results have been released to coincide with the last ever episode of This Country, which will be available from 7pm tonight on BBC iPlayer and 10.35pm on BBC One.
