Singer arranged everything...

Alan Carr has revealed that he got married in Adele's back garden.

And he said the music star did all the planning when he wed Paul Drayton in Los Angeles in January.

Asked how it came to be, Carr explained: 'I didn't win a competition! She is a friend.'

Speaking on The One Show last night, he added: 'We've known her for ages and when we told her we were getting married she said, "Can I please plan the whole day for you?"

'So she organised everything. She's the kindest, sweetest, most generous person ever. She does it all at her house

'We go in there and there's a grand piano with a man playing Ordinary People and then she sang our song with the first dance. It was absolutely amazing.

'I can never repay her. She's a one-off. As we all know, she's just the best.'

Alan and Adele have been friends since they met at the Brit awards in 2008.
