Guz Khan cast in Riz Ahmed's new comedy
'Trippy conspiracy thriller' for Amazon's Prime Video
Guz Khan has been cast as a series regular in the new comedy series Sound Of Metal star Riz Ahmed is making for Amazon’s Prime Video
However details about his character are still under wraps according to industry website Deadline which broke the news.
The as-yet untitled series stars Ahmed as Shah Latif, a struggling actor on the cusp of landing the role of a lifetime, only to find himself thrust into a full-blown existential crisis and trippy conspiracy thriller simultaneously.
Ahmed is the show runner with Modern Family’s Ben Karlin.
Khan is about to go into production on the fifth series of Man Like Mobeen, which he created and stars in.
