Alan Partridge show gets a release on 'sports casual' vinyl

The full original Radio 4 version of Knowing Me Knowing You with Alan Partridge is to be released on vinyl for the first time.

All six episodes of the  1992 series will be available on a three-LP set – with each disc in a different ‘sports casual’ colour.

But you will need deep pockets, as the collector’s edition costs £50.

It will be released on January 25,  just before Steve Coogan’s alter-ego makes a return to the BBC after 25 years with This Time With Alan Partridge.

This is the first time all of Knowing Me Knowing You has been available on vinyl but in 2016, two episodes were released on a   picture disc to mark Record Store Day 

The radio series also starred Patrick Marber (who co-wrote it with Coogan and  Armando Iannucci), Rebecca Front, Doon MacKichan and David Schneider.
