Opposite Paul Rudd in Living With Yourself

Aisling Bea has joined the cast of the forthcoming Netflix comedy series Living With Yourself.

The series stars Paul Rudd in two roles: a man struggling with his life, and a new and improved version of himself who ends up replacing him.

Bea’s casting has been reported by Hollywood website Deadline, but it gave no other details of the role.

Her 15-minute stand-up special will launch on the streaming service in Friday, as part of the next batch of  Comedy Lineup shorts.

She is also has a role in new NBC sitcom I  Feel Bad, which launches in America in October; as well as two upcoming sitcoms this side of the Atlantic – alongside Sharon Horgan in Channel 4’s Happy AF, which Bea also wrote – and  Finding Joy for RTÉ.

Living With Yourself, which will run for eight episodes, is expected to land early next year.
