...and she's hosting the Live At The Apollo Christmas special

Katherine Ryan has announced 25 more dates to her Glitter Room tour.

The new shows take place in January to March next year, and brings the tour up to a total of 49 dates.

Glitter Room is her first tour since Kathbum, which was released on Netflix as In Trouble, which made her only the second British-based comic to have a special on the on-demand service, after Jimmy Carr.

Ryan tours three days a week: Thursdays to Saturdays – the only exception being a show in Belfast on Sunday February 25.

She will also be hosting the Christmas episode of the new series of Live At The Apollo,  it was announced today,  with Marlon Davis, Joel Dommett and John Robins as the other guests. The show was recorded yesterday afternoon.

Desiree Burch,  Guz Khan, Nish Kumar, Rob Beckett, Darren Harriott and Jen Brister are also appearing in other episodes of the BBC's flagship stand-up show.
