Billy Connolly retakes DVD No 1 slot
Billy Connolly has retaken his position at the top of the stand-up DVD chart.
The film of his High Horse tour was knocked off the No1 slot last week with the release of Sarah Millican's Outsider. But now she has slipped down to No 2 allowing the Big Yin to overtake.
His DVD is 17th in the overall chart compiled by the Official UK Charts Company, including TV and film releases, with Millican No 23.
Meanwhile Tim Vine's Tim Timinee Tim Timinee Tim Tim To You is a new entry at No 4 for stand-up DVDs, nudging Joe Lycett out of the top 5. But in an indication of how relatively low-selling stand-up titles are this year, Vine failed to make the top 100 of all DVD sales.
Of this week's other new releases, Josh Widdicombe's What Do I Do Now, entered at No 7, with Alan Davies' Little Victories just managing No 15, behind a lot of stand-up titles released one, two or even three years ago.
Rich Hall's 3:10 To Humour, Stewart Francis's Pun Gent – also both new releases – came in at No 19 and 20 respectively.
This week's top 5 stand-up titles are
1: Billy Connolly: High Horse Live
2: Sarah Millican: Outsider
3: Romesh Ranganathan: Irrantional
4: Tim Vine: Tim Timinee Tim Timinee Tim Tim To You
5: Roy Chubby Brown: Great British Jerk Off
