2025 line-up announced

Manchester’s A Lovely Weekend comedy festival has announced its return from June 6 to 8.

The event involves 19 work-in-progress shows at Fairfield Social Club, featuring the likes of John Kearns (pictured_, Jordan Brookes, Harriet Dyer, Jonny Pelham and Vittorio Angelone. 

The festival has been organised by producer John Stansfield and  comedian Chris Cantrill through their production company, A Lovely Time. 

Stansfield said: ‘It’s such an honour to bring this amazing line-up of comedians to Manchester which is quickly becoming the most exciting city for comedy in the UK.’

Cantrill added: ’As a comedy fan I have to say I cannot wait for this year’s festival. It feels positively decadent!’
