One-day event headlined by Russell Kane

Welsh promoter The Giggling Goat is launching a one-day festival of comedy in Carmarthen

The company has previously run three such  events in Newport’s  Tredegar Park – and earlier this month announced another at the city’s new ICC Wales venue on November 4.

Now it has confirmed it is spreading its wings to  West Wales with a major gig at Carmarthen Showground on Friday October 47.

Russell Kane will headline a bill that also incudes  Flo & Joan, Hal Cruttenden, Noise Next Door, Anna Thomas and Steffan Evans. 

Festival director said: ‘We are excited to be bringing our Giggling Goat Festival of Comedy brand to Carmarthen; we’re even more excited for it to be the first of its kind in Carmarthen. ‘

The first 500 tickets are priced £20 and go on sale at 10am on Friday.
