Romesh Ranganathan to close Latitude

With a Hip Hop Saved My Life DJ party

Romesh Ranganathan is to close the Latitude festival with one of his rare Hip Hop Saved My Life parties.

The comic, who was previously announced as performing stand-up at the Suffolk event, will be the last act on  the Comedy Arena,  performing with his tour DJ  Martin2smoove.

It has today also bee announced that festival regulars Rachel Parris and Marcus Brigstocke will be joining the comedy line-up, as will Sindhu Vee, Celya AB, Charlie George, Myra DuBois, Ania Magliano, Michael Adakiri, The LOL Word  and David Morgan.

Fern Brady, already announced on the comedy line-up, will also read from her bestseller Strong Female Character, a candid memoir of neurodiversity, sexism and defying expectations, while fellow comic Laura Lexx reads from her debut novel Pivot: A Story Of Dropping The Ball, Picking It Up Again, And Turning Things Around.

Ed Gamble, Bridget ChristieSara Pascoe and Ranganathan were previously   announced as the comedy headliners  at the event, which takes place  in  Henham Park from July 20 to 23.

Pulp, Paolo Nutini and George Ezra are the musical headliners and  tickets are available here.
