Fandan out as a digital download next year

Larry Dean is to release his first stand-up special, Fandan, next year.

The show debuted at the 2017 Edinburgh Fringe and covered his attempt to win friends via a bank robbery, getting tea with murderers and misdemeanours in a Dubai hotel room.

It was recorded in his hometown of Glasgow and will be available to watch via on-demand platform Moment from February 9.

Dean’s latest show, Fudnut, was nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award last summer – the second time he has been shortlisted for the accolade following 2018’s Bampot.

Fandan is being distributed by 800 Pound Gorilla Media and costs $12 (about £9.85) in advance.
