With team captains Michael Legge and Bethany Black

Michael Legge and Bethany Black are to be team captains on a new music-based panel show podcast.

This Is A Music Quiz will be hosted by fellow comic and podcaster Matt Hoss and will feature guests including Nick Helm, Bilal Zafar, Sooz Kempner, Rachel Fairburn and Toussaint Douglass.

Launching on January, each of the six episodes will have a different theme: 80s pop, glam metal, film music music rivalries, cover songs and David Bowie.

Black said: ‘What I like best about this is that while loads of comedians are doing podcasts where they interview/bully their friends, there aren't that many that are quizzes where we all bully each other. 

‘I think a lot of comedians always wanted to be singers or guitarists so This Is A Music Quiz is a great way to get the most out of our guests’.

The podcast will be available on all the usual platforms.
