First look at The Windsors: Endgame cast
Here is the first look at the cast of the stage version of The Windsors.
The picture shows some controversial moments set to be included in the plot, such as Prince Andrew (Tim Wallers) munching on a pizza and Meghan (Crystal Condie) reading a book entitled How To Nail A Global TV Interview And Divide Public Opinion.
The final cast members have also been announced today, with Eliza Butterworth playing Eugenie and Sophie-Louise Dann as Fergie.
Dann said: ‘I’m looking forward to a right Royal rollicking time - I haven’t been so excited since I had my big toe sucked!’
They join a cast led by Harry Enfield as Charles and Tracy-Ann Oberman as Camilla four weeks before the show opens in the West End at - appropriately enough The Prince Of Wales Theatre.
Matthew Cottle reprises his TV role as Prince Edward, while Tom Durant-Pritchard is back as Harry. The show also stars. Ciarán Owens as Wills, Jenny Rainsford as Beatrice and Kara Tointon as Kate.
It has been written by the creators of the Channel 4 series, George Jeffrie and Bert Tyler-Moore, and directed by Michael Fentiman, who recently brought Amelie to the stage.
Producers Runaway Entertainment say it features ‘songs, swordfights and snogging competitions’
