The competition is seeking ‘relatively unknown comedy performers who consider themselves, and what they are doing, to be television/broadcast-ready’.

Last year the title went to Tania Edwards, pictured, with other previous winners including Richard Gadd, Marcel Lucont, Tony Law, Larry Dean and The Kagools

Entrants have to submit a video of their full show in preview by midnight on July 28, the Sunday before the Fringe. The full rules and entry conditions are here.
