Ben Cavey to leave Tiger Aspect

The managing director of leading production company Tiger Aspect, Ben Cavey, is to join Netflix’s comedy team.

He will move to Los Angeles  to work on the streaming service’s stand-up specials, which it is releasing at the rate of one a week.

His credits over his 13 years at Tiger Aspect include Benidorm, Bad Education, Grandma’s House and Jack Whitehall: Travels with My Father, which aired on Netflix.

Trade website Broadcast reports that Cavey will be working a three-month notice before moving to the States.
