Dirty Rotten Scoundrels star Glenne Headly dies
Glenne Headly, the heiress who Steve Martin and Michael Caine competed to swindle in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, has died at the age of 62.
In a statement, her representatives said: ‘It is with deep sorrow that we confirm the passing of Glenne Headly. We ask that her family’s privacy be respected in this difficult time.’
Headly is survived by her husband Byron McCulloch. Byron McCulloch, a Hollywood technician, and son Stirling.
Headly was an early member of Chicago's famous Steppenwolf Theatre Company, as was her first husband John Malkovich.
She was recently seen in HBO's The Night Of and had been filming Seth Rogan’s comedy series Future Man for on-demand service Hulu.
Her other credits include small roles in Dick Tracey, Woody Allen's The Purple Rose of Cairo and Parks and Rec.
The cause of death is not yet known.
