Rare UK date for Daily Show star

Ronny Chieng is to play a rare London date this autumn.

The Daily Show correspondent and sometime host is to bring his Love To Hate It tour to the London Palladium on October 25.

It is the last​ stop on a worldwide tour that also visits France, Germany, Belgium, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands and Denmark – as well as a string of dates across the USA.

Born in Malaysia and raised in Australia, where he cut his stand-up teeth, Chieng appeared in  Crazy Rich Asians and Marvel’s Shang-Chi made his own sitcom Ronny Chieng: International Student  and taped a 2019 Netflix comedy special, Asian Comedian Destroys America!

This week it was announced he would have a recurring guest starring role as a heart surgeon on the Disney+ reboot of Doogie Howser, to be titled Doogie Kamealoha, MD. He has also recently been cast as a ​wrestling promoter in Hawaii in NBC comedy Young Rock.
