The nominees have been unveiled for this year's Broadcast Digital Awards, handed out by the TV industry website Broadcast.

Shortlisted for best comedy are:

Ellie and Natasia for the BBC, with  Ellie White and Natasia Demetriou,
Extraordinary  for Disney+
Funny Woman or Sky Comedy
Live at the Moth Club for Dave
Plebs: Soldiers of Rome for ITVX
We Are Not Alone for Dave

And for best entertainment show

Don't Hate The Playaz for ITV2
Harry Pinero's Worst in Class for  Channel 4.
Love In The Flesh for the BBC
Ten66 Television for BBC
Never Mind The Buzzcocks  for Sky Max
Rob & Romesh Vs...  for Sky Max
RuPaul's Drag Race UK for BBC

Comedies also dominated the best short-form scripted programme category, with  including Helen Bauer's sitcom pilot Short Doses, Kiell Smith-Bynoe's sketch show Red Flag and Northern Ireland-based coming of age comedy William of Orangedale and 
What's Happening? From the Pin Duo  Alexander Owen & Ben Ashenden

They are up against the BBC Four dramatic monologue series Skint, curated by Lisa McGee and Peter Mullan and BBC Scotland's The Wedding.

Sharon Horgan's Apple TV+ show, Bad Sisters, has been shortlisted for best drama alongside I Hate Suzie Too, Red Rose, Slow Horses The Devil's Hour and This England

The World's Most Dangerous Roads, featuring comedians tackling challenging trips for the Dave channel, is up for best popular factual programme alongside Big Zulu's Big Eats and others. 

BBC Three, Channel 4.0, Dave, E4 and Ladbible TV are all up for best entertainment channel while best overall digital channel will be contested by BBC Three, CBeebies, Dave, E4, More 4 and Sky News.
