New seasons of The Simpsons, Family Guy and Bob’s Burgers ordered

The Simpsons, Family Guy and Bob’s Burgers have all been renewed by America’s Fox network until 2025.

Already the longest-running primetime scripted series in television history, The Simpsons has now been commissioned for a 35th and 36th seasons.

Bob’s Burgers will return for seasons 14 and 15 and Family Guy for seasons 22 and 23..

Michael Thorn, president of scripted programming for Fox Entertainment said: ‘With this trio of renewals, we celebrate excellence in animation on Fox… Three-plus decades of The Simpsons, more than two decades of Family Guy and over a decade of Bob’s Burgers proves the enduring power of the animation genre on our network and the infinite fan affinity for these outrageously funny comedy classics.’

All three shows are ranked among the top 10 most-watched comedies.

So far 742 episodes of The Simpsons have already aired, 400 Family Guys, and 249 Bob’s Burgers.
