CANTERBURY: Edinburgh best newcomer nominee Sara Barron joins Sara Pascoe, Suzi Ruffell and inventive sketch duo The Pin in the Marlowe Theatre’s regular showcase of creative comedy acts.

MANCHESTER: Justin Moorhouse, Mick Ferry, Simon Lomas, Matt Stellingwerf and Bethany Black offer a diverse night of comedy at the Frog & Bucket, raising money for the ACE Centre which helps children and adults with special needs.

Friday December 14

SOUTHSEA: A strong combo at the Wedgewood Rooms tonight as provocateur Fin Taylor joins opinionated observational comic Jen Brister to put the world to rights.

LEEDS: Criminally underrated Sean McLoughlin joins Britain’s Got Talent contestant Micky P Kerr, and jolly Barry Dodds for a hugely entertaining night at the Hi-Fi Club.
