Jack Whitehall to host the Brits again

'He's one of the best presenters we've had'

Jack Whitehall is to host the Brit Awards for the second year running.

The comic will front the biggest ceremony in British music at the O2 Arena in London on February 20.

He was praised for his work this year where he cracked jokes about the likes of Cheryl, Liam Payne and Ed Sheeran – and made a memorable entrance featuring rapper Big Shaq.

Brits boss Jason Iley said: "Jack was one of the best Brits hosts the show has seen for many years, I’m delighted he has decided to do it again next year.

‘He was so funny and very engaging. I can’t wait to see what he will bring to the show in 2019.’

Whitehall added: ‘I am excited to be invited back to host The Brits for a second time, I had a great time at this year’s ceremony and look forward to another exceptional night of music and entertainment.’
