Seinfeld to play India
Jerry Seinfeld is to play India for the first time, with two dates at the Sardar Vallabhai Patel Stadium in Mumbai next month. The comic said: 'I have always been fascinated by India and its culture. I have great respect for its people and their way of life. It is a great honour for me to be invited.'
GRIFF RHYS JONES is to present a new quiz show, set in museums and featuring artefacts from their collections. The Quizeum is due to air on BBC FOUR later in the spring.

A TIE-IN book to BBC One panel show Would I Lie To You? will be released in October. The title, The 100 Most Popular Lies of All Time, will include such fibs as ‘I didn’t even notice she was pretty’ and ‘I’m working from home tomorrow’. It is the first in a two-book deal signed by publisher Faber.
EXTRA tickets have just been released for the final six shows of Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights Live, including the rescheduled Sunday matinee. The shows have sold more than 195,000 tickets with all profits going to Comic Relief. Our review
