A NEW Ghostbusters movie has been confirmed – with a female-led cast. Bridesmaids director Paul Feig announced on Twitter last night: 'It's official. I'm making a new Ghostbusters & writing it with @katiedippold [writer of The Heat with Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy] & yes, it will star hilarious women. That's who I'm gonna call.'

NOEL FIELDING has announced a second date at London's Brixton Academy, as part of his forthcoming 'An Evening With...' tour. The new date is Tuesday December 9; and the tour starts in Guildford on October 20. Dates.

MATT LUCAS has joined the cast of the new Paddington Bear movie, playing a 'taxi driver'.

JO BRAND, Kevin Eldon and Nicholas Parsons are among the stars taking part in a 36-hour non-stop reading of the works of Dylan Thomas to celebrate the centenary of his birth. The event kicks off at Swansea's Grand Theatre at 11am on Sunday October 26.
