FIVE more show have been announced for Still Game’s reunion at the Glasgow Hydro, taking the total up to 21. Tickets for the new performances, on September 19, 20 and 21 – including matinees – go on sale at 9am tomorrow. Stars Ford Kiernan and Greg Hemphill said, ‘We are still utterly overwhelmed by the public’s response to the show’s return. We always knew there was an appetite for Still Game, but it seems the public demand is insatiable.’

JACK DEE is to host Twit Of The Year, a 90-minute show looking at 2013 through Twitter for Channel 4.

RORY BREMNER, Rory McGrath, and Simon Fanshawe are among the prominent graduates taking part in Christmas University Challenge, the BBC has announced. They represent King’s College London; Sussex and Emmanuel College, Cambridge respectively.

COMEDY fans are being sought to join the panel of judges for the awards given out at Dave’s Leicester Comedy Festival. Applicants must be over 18 and able to be in Leicester during the event, which runs from February 7 to 23. Email awards@comedy-festival.co.uk to apply, or for more details.
