Thieves steal Miranda's laptop

Reward offered

Miranda Hart has offered a reward after a laptop containing her material was stolen from her London home.

The comic issued a plea for her computer's safe return on Twitter.

She tweeted: ‘If people who stole my laptop last night in W6 [Hammersmith] out there. Please please please return. Precious creative projects all lost. Will reward.’

It’s believed the laptop was among several items taken in a break-in on Friday.

Hart is to embark on her first live tour next year, and has often described how difficult she finds writing her self-titled BBC sitcom.

She is also releasing a fitness DVD, Miranda Hart’s Maracattack, next month and this weekend revealed that it would feature sketches featuring her TV co-stars Patricia Hodge, Sarah Hadland and Tom Ellis, as well as a guest appearance from Kirstie Allsopp.
