Russell adds global dates after Facebook appeal

Russell Howard is to perform his first dates in America – after asking his fans where he should play.

The star of BBC Three’s Good News received more than 17,000 messages after asking on Facebook for suggestions about venues for his 2014 Wonderbox tour.

And on the strength of that response he is adding dates in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Washington DC, Denver.

Howard will also be taking the show to Australia and New Zealand following that feedback, with dates in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Auckland.

Meanwhile, four more arena dates in Cardiff, Birmingham, Dublin and Bournemouth have also been added today.
