Paddy McGuinness pilots C4 show

Based around clips of other programmes

Paddy McGuinness is being lined up to front a possible clip show for Channel 4.

A pilot of Paddy’s TV Show is being shot in Manchester later this month, with the hope it could be picked up for a full series.

The studio-based show will feature the comedian and celebrity guests ‘catching up with the best of what's been on the box’.

Producers at ITV Studios describe it as ‘a comic look at TV shows that might normally slip under the radar.

’Although now a familiar face on ITV, thanks to dating show Take Me Out, McGuinness started his career on Channel 4 thanks to Peter Kay and Phoenix Nights.
