Fast Show team together again

The team reunited for the first time in a decade in November for a West End show to launch their DVD box set – and vowed they would not work together again.

However, Paul Whitehouse, Charlie Higson, Mark Williams and Simon Day have all signed up for a charity gig at London’s Hard Rock café next month.

The four will perform Fast Show sketches at the Laugh Your Rocks Off gig on April 9, which will raise funds for the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy charity.

However, the rest of the team – John Thomson, Arabella Weir and Caroline Aherne – are not scheduled to appear. Aherne also skipped November’s reunion.

Also on the bill for Laugh Your Rocks Off are John Shuttleworth and Phill Jupitus.

Tickets go on sale from midday today (Wednesday March 26) priced £50, including a meal. The box office is 020 7514 1712.
