It's all about exposure...
Phill Jupitus gave presenter Geoff Lloyd an eyeful when he dropped his trousers during a radio interview.
The comic stripped down while telling the story of how he was scarred for life when his mum cut him with a scythe as a child.
‘She was 30ft away from me, cutting the grass,’ Jupitus explained. ‘She literally swung her arm around, an her hand was sweaty and the thing just slipped out of her hand like a boomerang. Shot across the thing and hit me in the leg.’
Lloyd asked if he got a scar – and Jupitus didn’t hesitate to show him. And although the interview was for digital radio station Union JACK, the moment was caught on a camerain the studio:
The conversation was prerecorded for Lloyd’s Hometown Glory show, which launches on the digital and online station this Saturday at 11am.
In the show, which is also released as a podcast, guests take a journey down memory lane with the aid of Google Maps. Future interviewees include comedians Mark Steel and Andy Hamilton.
