2024 Melbourne International Comedy Festival programme out now
The full 2024 Melbourne International Comedy Festival programme has been released, with more than 600 shows taking over 150 venues from March 27 to April 21.
Brits attending the festival include Larry Dean, Nina Conti, Fern Brady, Darren Harriott, Rob Auton, John Kearns, Sarah Keyworth, Josh Jones and Dan Tiernan – plus Ireland’s Catherine Bohart and British-based Russian Olga Koch and Frenchwoman Celya AB.
There are also a significant number of Asian comics including Kanan Gill, Urooj Ashfaq, Anirban Dasgupta, He Huang, Chan Lok Tim and Vivek Mahbubani – with some full shows in Cantonese.
Other international voices include South Africa’s Schalk Bezuidenhout, America’s Shenoah Allen and The Lucas Bros, Norwegian clown Viggo Venn, Estonia’s Julia Masli and Mexco’s Lara Ricote..
