London festival announces line-up

London’s Pinch of Vault festival has announced its comedy line-up.

Ania Magliano, Stevie Martin, Raj Poojara and Ben Target are among the comedians running work-in-progress shows across four venues in the Waterloo area.

The festival runs from February 12 to March 10, with the first two weeks dedicated to theatre and the second two weks to comedy.

Kate Stone, the festival’s head of comedy says the programme is 'incredibly varied, with standup, sketch, music and even a bit of science featured. I'm very excited to see so many great and original ideas come to life in our venues’.

It is produced by the Vault Festival, which has been forced out of its venue in the arches beneath Waterloo station but say they have found a new home, yet to be made public.

Now in its third year, A Pinch of Vault takes over four venues: The Glitch, Sino Thai, The Union Theatre, and Alaska.

Other comics playing the festival include Farah Sharp, Lulu Popplewell, Eric Rushton, Josh Glanc, Paddy Young, Sian Davies and Tadiwa Mahlunge.
