US stand-up Brad Upton makes his London debut

Comic went viral with his clean material

American stand-up Brad Upton is to play London for the first time.

Known for his clean and wholesome comedy, Upton started to perform in the USA in 1986 whilst teaching the fourth grade.

He has toured with Joan Rivers and for 15 years has been the opening act for Johnny Mathis.

His career took off in 2017 when he recorded a special for a family-friendly comedy platform called Dry Bar Comedy.  His set about millennials being the ‘dumbest generation ever’ went viral, where it attracted more than 12 million views in the first 48 hours.

Now he is coming to London for the first time ever, playing the Leicester Square Theatre on August 29

Upton said: ‘I’ve been continually begged by Brits asking me to perform in the UK— now the time has come.’
