Leicester Comedy Festival announces its 2023 award nominations
Leicester Comedy Festival has announced its 2023 award nominations
In total, the festival featured 870 comedians performing at 630 events over three weeks which equates to over 52,000 minutes of comedy.
Festival founder Geoff Rowe – who is standing down this year, 30 years after he set up the event – said: ‘The lists for all the categories help demonstrate the incredible range and diversity of acts who perform at our festivals, and I think help show that British comedy is back after so many years of disruption.’
Winners will be announced on Monday March 27
