Featuring the Stream Free 4000

Channel 4 has launched a new advert to promote its comedy content on streaming platform All 4.

The trailer, created by the broadcaster’s in-house team 4creative, introduces the Stream Free 4000 – a portable unisex urinal which allows viewers to ‘stream freely’…  so they don’t need to leave the sofa, even when nature calls.

Based on old-school infomercials, it gives helpful demonstrations of how to use the device – several of which were specially made for the commercial.

Lynsey Atkin, executive creative director at 4creative, said: ‘We just can’t help ourselves helping you to stream free, so to celebrate the masses of wet-yourself-laughing comedy box sets on All 4, we created the StreamFree 4000.

‘Paying homage to bad graphics and shopping channels, we’ve had a lot of fun. Which is, after all, what comedy is all about.’

The trailer will run on All 4 and E4 until the end of February.
