Two-day takeover of London arts festival

The OSO Arts Centre in Barnes, South West London, is launching a two-day  April Fool cult comedy festival.

John Robertson, Elf Lyons and Jazz Emu are among the comics taking part in the event, which will kick off with a gala hosted by Colin Hoult as his alter-ego Anna Mann.

And in a special gig John-Luke Roberts (pictured) will act as king as jesters Viggo Venn, Julia Masli and Sami Abu Wardeh try to entertain him.

The festival is curated by physical comedian Luke Rollason, who said ‘I’m thrilled to be bringing together this eclectic, eccentric, insane festival of noble experiments when so many spaces for unconventional work are under threat.

‘I hate programming though - it turns out it’s really hard and I want to be a performer again now.’

Tickets and information available at the OSO Arts Centre website.
