Mo Gilligan relaunches his YouTube channel
He may have come to prominence when his ‘coupla cans’ catchphrase went viral – but comedian Mo Gilligan has largely spurned the world’s biggest video website. … until now.
The stand-up has announced a major step up in his YouTube activity, promising to release new sketches and videos from his tour on a regular basis.
And it kicks off tomorrow night when the Channel 4 star interviews musician Tinie Tempah and Amelia Dimoldenberg, of the YouTube comedy channel Chicken Shop Date.
After that, new content will be released fortnightly via Gilligan’s YouTube channel.
Gilligan joined YouTube three years ago but has only posted a couple of dozen videos in all that time.
He said of the new content: ‘You’ll see the crazy world behind the scenes of the There’s Mo to Life tour as well as new sketches and never-before-seen cuts and content from my act.’
His tour kicks off in October. Dates
