Comedians join I'm A Celebrity in Australia
Comedians Nikki Osborne and Dilruk Jayasinha have joined the Australian version of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
Osborne previously hosted the late night interactive quiz, Quizmania, and said of joining the South African jungle: ’I’m not sure about changing the shit bucket. Changing the shit bucket doesn’t sound very pleasant but I guess I’ve dealt with worse. I live with three men.’
Sri Lankan-Australian Jayasinha played Ashan on the ABC sitcom, Utopia, and in 2018, he won a Logie award for most popular new talent on Australian TV.
Myf Warhurst, a team captain on Adam Hills-hosted comedy music quiz Spicks and Specks, was previously named as entering the jungle.
The rest of the contestants are musicals star Rhonda Burchmore, former sports presenter Tom Williams, previous reality contestants Charlotte Crosby, Ryan Gallagher and Erin Barnett, YouTuber Tanya Hennessy and TV chef Miguel Maestre.
