London landmark announces its summer season

London landmark The Cutty Sark has announced a new season of Edinburgh-bound comedy shows.

The previews take place in the studio theatre in the hold of the the 19th-century clipper from June 16 to July 28.

Comedians including Josh Widdicombe, Joel Dommett and Desiree Burch will be performing new material in the space previously used for precious cargoes of tea and wool. 

The performances take place in a special year for the  ship – the  fastest of its time – as it celebrates its 150th anniversary.
