Including John Bishop and Ardal O'Hanlon

The first headliners have been announced for this year’s  Vodafone Comedy Carnival in Galway.

They include tour shows from  Ardal O’Hanlon, Reginald D Hunter and Today FM’s Dermot & Dave – plus a work-in-progress show from  John Bishop ahead of his next tour. 

Also returning to the festival – which takes place from Tuesday 22 to Monday 28 October – are Rich Hall  and online comedy sensation Enya Martin with her new stand-up show Would Ya Be Able?

Tickets went on sale here at 10am today.  The full programme will be revealed on August 13.
