42 'objectively funny' Fringe shows come to London
A total of 42 shows from the Edinburgh Fringe are to be performed at the Objectively Funny festival in London next month.
The 11-day festival includes acclaimed hours from John-Luke Roberts and Rosie Jones, as well as best newcomer nominees Sindhu Vee, Maisie Adam and Olga Koch.
It also includes Paul Currie, who won 'best show' in the Comedians’ Choice Awards this year, as well as last year's Edinburgh Comedy Award nominees, Elf Lyons, Ed Night, Rob Kemp and Kwame Asante.
The festival takes place from September 20 at the Albany pub on Great Portland Street, a comedy room since the 1980s, and has been curated by Martin Willis, half of double act Loose Brie.
Wristband entry at the weekends is just £5 per day, with audiences then contributing to each act at the end of their show. Tickets can also be reserved for these shows for £6 apiece. The weekday shows start at £9 each.
