As part of Just For Laughs festival

Jimmy Carr is to perform a run of his solo show at Montreal’s Just For Laughs festival this summer.

It will be his 13th year at the event, with an unusually long season of nine performances of his The Best Of, Ultimate, Gold, Greatest Hits show.

Now in its 36th year, the festival has also announced that Trevor Noah and Girls Trip star Tiffany Haddish will be hosting two of the high-profile televised galas

Other one-off solo shows will be performed by Jo Koy and, as previously announced, Kevin Hart.

The festival has also announced some comedians taking part in its Ethnic Shows – Maz Jobrani, Gina Brillon, Francisco Ramos, Matteo Lane and Orny Adams. – and Nasty Show –  Brad Williams, Nikki Glaser, Mike Britt, Ms. Pat, Derek Seguin and shot Robert Kelly.

The first tickets for the festival, which runs from July 11 to 29, went on sale yesterday.
