Details of 2018's 50-hour Improvathon released

The annual 50-hour improvised comedy show is returning to London next year.

Taking place at the Stockwell Playhouse, the 11th annual Improvation is entitled Strictly Not Dancing! and is set at The World Ballroom Dancing Championships in 1980s Blackpool.

It kicks off at 7pm on Friday February 9 and runs continually until 9pm on Sunday 11.

Some of the cast will attempt the full 50 hours, while others will drop in for certain sessions.

Improvisers will include Marcus Brigstocke; members of Showstopper! including Ruth Bratt, Pippa Evans and Sarah-Louise Young; members of Austentatious including Cariad Lloyd and Rachel Parris; and members of the Comedy Store Players.
