POV: Some of the leading online comedy creators are plucked from the internet and placed onto Radio 4 in this sketch show, featuring the talents of The Exploding Heads (originators of Colin From Portsmouth), Rachel Fairburn, Matt Green, Kelechi Okafor, Rosie Holt (pictured), Larry & Paul, and Ed Night & Paddy Young, among others. It follows a pilot that aired last year. BBC Radio 4, 6.30pm

TRAVEL MAN: 48 HOURS IN MALMÖ: Joe Lycett shows Rose Matafeo arond Sweden's third city, starting on the engineering marvel the Oresund Bridge, which links Denmark to Sweden and featured heavily in a certain Scandi noir thriller. After checking into their circus-themed hotel, the comedians hop on a self-driven electric boat for a sightseeing tour that includes the world's first twisting tower, visit The Disgusting Food Museum where the tickets double as sick bags, and visit the 19th-Century splendour Ribersborg Kallbadhus for a sauna followed by an icy dip in a seawater pool. Channel 4, 8.30pm

Friday January 31

8 OUT OF 10 CATS DOES COUNTDOWN: Jon Richardson and Amy Gledhill take on Richard Ayoade and Guz Khan, with Sam Campbell in Dictionary Corner. Channel 4, 9pm

THE LAST LEG: Guests tonight are Succession actor Brian Cox and comedian Michelle Wolf. Channel 4, 9pm
