Judi Love to host ITVX Fringe showcases

Four episodes live from Edinburgh

Judi Love will host ITV’s Edinburgh Fringe comedy showcases, it has been announced.

The comic, known for her appearances on Taskmaster and Strictly Come Dancing,  will front four hour-long episodes of  ITVX Presents: Live Comedy From The Edinburgh Fringe from August 21 to 24.

She said: ‘If you can't make it in person to the Edinburgh Fringe do not worry as we're bringing it straight into your homes.  You'll be able to watch stand up comedy, live from Edinburgh from your sofa. I'm truly excited to be hosting these four nights and sharing this experience with all these talented acts.’

Line-ups for the shows will be announced later this week with some slots reserved until the last minutes for comics who make a splash at the festival.

Curated by streaming platform NextUp, the episodes will be available to catch-up for 30 days after their initial live airing on ITV.
