Here We Go... again.
Filming has started on the second series of Tom Basden’s BBC One sitcom Here We Go.
As well as writing the family sitcom, the comedian stars alongside Jim Howick, Katherine Parkinson and Alison Steadman.
He said: ‘Here we go again! I’m absolutely delighted to be bringing the Jessop family back to BBC One for another series of everyday adventures and domestic blips.’
In February, the BBC ordered two more series of the comedy, which also stars Freya Parks, Mica Ricketts and Tori Allen-Martin.
The series, which features footage shot from rom the point of view of the handheld camera of teenager Sam (Jude Collie), stared as a one-off pilot in 2020 shot during the Covid pandemic.
Series two aired last spring, starting with 3.05million viewers
Josh Cole, head of comedy at programme-makers BBC Studios said: ‘We’re thrilled to be under way with a second series of Here We Go and we can’t wait to delve further into the chaotic lives of the Jessops.’
Seven new half-hour episodes are now being show, and all previous instalments of Here We Go are available to watch now on BBC iPlayer.
