Jayde Adams offers men salvation
Jayde Adams is to embark on her biggest tour yet, with a show entitled Men, I Can Save You.
It will play a month at the Edinburgh Fringe before an an autumn tour of more than 30 dates kicks off at Cardiff’s Glee Club on September 14.
The promotional blurb for the show describes Adams as a ‘champion of inclusive feminism [whose] intelligent working-class voice guides men to salvation the best way she knows how; with sharp humour and telling it like it is.’
Adams’ previous solo show The Ballad of Kylie Jenner’s Old Face received 13 five- and four-star reviews during its run at the Edinburgh Fringe, and was tuned into the Amazon Prime Video stand-up special, Serious Black Jumper
She also appears in Alma’s Not Normal and the upcoming Take That movie Greatest Days, while BBC One in the West Country has this week aired her documentary, Jayde Adams: Coming Home about her dies to her Bristol homeland.
Tickets for the autumn leg of Men, I Can Save You go on sale on Friday.
