With John Kearns her sidekick

Sara Pascoe and John Kearns are to host a new Comedy Central panel show.

Alan Davies and Darren Harriott will be team captains in Guessable, in which the celebrities will have to identify the famous name or object inside a mystery box.

Eight hour-long episodes have been ordered from producers Tuesday’s Child Television, who describe the format as ‘a twist on classic family games’.

Pascoe will host the show with Kearns as her assistant.

Sebastian Cardwell from the broadcaster said the show will ‘bring a big dose of laughter to our expanding UK slate’.

Comedy Central has also commissioned Channel Hopping with Jon Richardson, featuring clips from around the world.
